Perfect Post-workout Meal

What is your favorite post-workout meal?

Make sure you're maximizing workouts by replenishing your body with the proper nutrients.

Try this after a morning session:

  1. 2-3 eggs

  2. Avocado

  3. Smoothie- fresh organic berries, organic spinach, almond butter, flax seeds, chia seeds, and oat milk.

Don't have time to prepare a meal? Make a quick protein shake using plant-based protein. My favorite brands are Orgain and Vega. (Tip, avoid whey protein as it can cause many people negative side effects).
